Here I am posting at 4 am when I should be sleeping. *sigh*
Christmas is approaching quickly. I've almost finished up with my shopping. Hopefully I'll be completely finished as of tomorrow.. but we'll see. I've realized that since I've moved away from home the Christmas season just flies by. I sorta miss bein a kid and anticipating the big day for what seemed like years. My apartment is sorta christmas-like. It is nothing like Momma's house around the holidays .. but it does make being away from home a bit more easy. It's strange being the only one to enjoy my decorations though.. now I know what momma must feel like now that her kids are all grown up and moved out. I really do need to get home and spend some time with her... soon, I promise.
I haven't talked to Dan in like TWO WHOLE days! Seriously, I don't know what to do with myself. Angie seems to be taking Dan's place really.. I talk to her at least once a day. Right now she's going through b-o-y drama. Grr.. dang boys. Like they always say.. if it has tires or testicles then it's going to give you trouble. I do know how she feels. In part. Some boy always seems to have my panties in a bunch. Buut... that's why we girls have to stick it out together!
So I talked to Steve again tonight. I've talked to him in person for a total of maybe two minutes.. yet I've talked to him on the phone A LOT in the past two weeks. However.. I'm beginning to get bored with the situation. Typical Patty.
I watched Wimbledon tonight. I cried. I just thought y'all should know that! ;-)
Umm.. I shaved BELLE! The hair was insane!!
Ok.. this has pretty much been a pointless post. The only thing new is the fact that I've developed bronchitis. I am on my way to gettin better though. The cough is still pretty bad.. but I'm on antibiotics. I'm hoping to be completely better for the Chicago trip!!
Ok, I'm going to seriously **try** to sleep. Angie and I are suppose to be gettin together for lunch and shopping tomorrow. Let's HOPE I get up early enough this time!!! *hugz*
